Trainee Manager - Trainee Managers will be developing their retail management skills through a 6 – 12 month structured timetable of learning, allowing them to build on their existing experience, skills and business acumen. The training programme will cover all aspects of the Branch Manager’s role, which includes; leading an efficient sales team, maximising the profitability of the Branch, managing the team, stock and property and operating within Company policy and guidelines. Our goal with the programme is to develop future Branch Managers. Following successful completion of the training programme, you will be given the opportunity to lead and manage one of our stores.

Deputy Manager - The Deputy Manager supports the Store Manager's strategic aims. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has the motivation and skills to provide the highest standards of work through effective coaching. You will be accountable for delivering results and building the stores customer base through active engagement with customers. You will ensure that your store and the products are immaculately presented, that workload is managed efficiently and in accordance with company expectations. You will assist the Store Manager with employee matters and nurture talent within the team.

Supervisor - As a Supervisor you will guide the sales team to achieve their potential and exceed sales targets. You will act as a 'role model' and work closely with sales people to ensure customers have an excellent experience in store. You will use your love of fashion and your expert understanding of our products to support the sales effort. You will receive training so that you can contribute to the smooth running of the store and develop your leadership skills.
