Please be aware that there are an increasing number of Facebook/Instagram adverts and fake websites appearing to offer Russell & Bromley products, often at a discounted price. These websites are often operated by criminals and the people that shop on them will receive counterfeit goods, if they receive anything at all.

Russell & Bromley does not sell its products through other stores, marketplaces or organisations either online or otherwise. Genuine products can only be bought from our UK stores and our website russellandbromley.co.uk.

If you have made a purchase through any website or advert that is not russellandbromley.co.uk please contact your bank as soon as possible.

We are actively working with our legal partners to shut down any illegitimate websites and prosecute their creators. Should you wish to report a website that you believe is illegitimate or selling fake Russell & Bromley products, please contact online@russellandbromley.co.uk
