Christmas Delivery to UK

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order before 11am on Monday 22nd December.

Any orders placed after this date will be subject to seasonal delays and may not arrive at the shipping address until the new year.


UK Delivery

Delivery to a UK Address

For orders placed in the UK we have a standard charge of 5 and can deliver to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Your order will be sent by Standard delivery and we expect it to reach you within 3 working days. The couriers we use will ask for a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver, a card will be left telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again. In some cases the courier may send a text to you with delivery options that you can choose from.

Please check the condition of the parcel before signing for it. If it appears damaged or has been tampered with, please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and, if there are items missing, reject the package.

You can track your order by going to My Account and use the Track My Order function.

If you wish items to be sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and freight forwarding addresses.

Deliver to Shop

This free service is available to customers based in the UK.

To have your order delivered to your local Russell & Bromley shop free of charge, click the Deliver to Shop option on the Order Confirmation page and select your preferred shop from the drop down list or enter a postcode for your nearest shop.

Your chosen shop will contact you by phone once your order has arrived which may take up to 3 working days.

When collecting the order please bring your Order Confirmation email or Dispatch Confirmation email along with photo ID (such as a driving license or passport).

If someone is collecting your order on your behalf that person must have a copy of the Order Confirmation email and a proof of ID. The branch will only release the order if they are satisfied that the person collecting the order is authorised to do so.

International Delivery

The international shopping service is available to customers with a billing address in one of the following countries:

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, DENMARK, NETHERLANDS, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, SWEDEN, ITALY, SPAIN and PORTUGAL

International orders will be shipped to the billing address given. You can track your order by going to My Account and using the Track My Order function.

Your order will be sent by Parcel Force Euro Priority service and will take up to 5 workings days to arrive (orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to further delays). The courier will need a signature upon receipt. If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card telling you where your order can be collected.

Additional Information
Orders being shipped outside of the EU are likely to incur local duty charges and in these cases you may be contacted by Customs. Payment of any charge is the responsibility of the customer. Customers in these countries can claim a UK VAT refund by contacting online@russellandbromley.co.uk.
