Delivery

There are two delivery options -

•  Deliver to an address. At present we can only deliver to an address within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

•  Deliver to shop. You can collect your order from any Russell & Bromley shop. This is a free service.

Deliver to an address

Your order will be sent by Standard delivery via a courier service and will take up to three working days to arrive. The courier will need a signature upon receipt. If you miss your delivery the courier will leave a card for you to reschedule a convenient delivery time.

If you wish to track your order please go to My Account and use the Track My Order function.

We can only allow one delivery address per order. If you wish your items to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place separate orders for each address.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and freight forwarding addresses.

Currently the charge for standard delivery is £5.

Deliver to shop

To have your order delivered to your local Russell & Bromley shop free of charge, click the Deliver to Shop option on the Order Confirmation page. Then select your preferred shop from the drop down list or enter a postcode for your nearest shop.

Your chosen shop will contact you by phone once your order has arrived which may take up to 5 working days.

When collecting the order please bring your order confirmation email along with a photo proof of ID (Such as a driving license or passport) or the bank card that the order was purchased with.

If someone is collecting your order on your behalf that person must have a copy of the order confirmation email and a proof of ID. The branch will only release the order if they are satisfied that the person collecting the order is authorised to do so.

The Deliver to Shop option is only available for full price stock.
