We deliver to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The couriers will deliver on a working day (defined as Monday to Friday) between 7am and 6pm.
Standard Delivery - £5
We expect your package to arrive within 3 working days. (See further information and exceptions below).
Next Day Delivery - £8
Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will arrive next working day. Please allow a further day if the order is placed after midday. The order will be sent by DPD. If you have provided a mobile phone number, you may receive delivery updates and options from the courier. (See further information and exceptions below).
Deliver to Shop
To have your order delivered to your local Russell & Bromley shop, click the Deliver to Shop option on the Order Confirmation page and select your preferred shop from the drop down list or enter a postcode for your nearest shop.
Your chosen shop will contact you by phone once your order has arrived.
When collecting the order please bring your Order Confirmation email or Dispatch Confirmation email along with photo ID (such as a driving license or passport).
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf that person must have a copy of the Order Confirmation email and a proof of ID. The branch will only release the order if they are satisfied that the person collecting the order is authorised to do so.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box and freight forwarding addresses.
You can track your order by going to My Account and use the Track My Order function.
If you wish items to be sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
The couriers we use will ask for a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver a card will be left telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again. In some cases (and only when a valid mobile phone number is supplied) the courier may send a text to you with delivery options that you can choose from. Redirecting your package can delay its arrival by a further working day. Please be advised that if you authorise the delivery to be left at an alternative address, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing for it. If it appears damaged or has been tampered with, please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and, if there are items missing, reject the package.
