Store Management and Supervisor Opportunities

Store Manager - The Store Manager leads the team and effectively manages all business KPls to maximise store sales and profitability, ensuring that the highest standard of professional service is maintained at all times. You will build a strong, cohesive and effective management team, control trade expenses and be responsible for maintaining Store administration, stock security and Cash Desk. Leading by example, you will maintain a high standard of staff morale, appearance, timekeeping and behaviour, effectively communicating with staff and the management team on all relevant matters. You will be responsible for all employee matters and for nurturing talent within the team. You will ensure that your store and the products are immaculately presented in line with the Display Guide, and that workload is managed efficiently and in accordance with company expectations.

Deputy Manager - The Deputy Manager supports the Store Manager's strategic aims whilst driving all store KPls. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has the motivation and skills to provide the highest standards of work through effective coaching. You will be accountable for delivering results and building the stores customer base through active engagement with customers. You will ensure that your store and the products are immaculately presented in line with the Display Guide, that workload is managed efficiently and in accordance with company expectations . You will assist the Store Manager with employee matters and nurture talent within the team.

Stockroom Supervisor - The Stockroom Supervisor controls stock deliveries and records and scans inventory accurately, ensuring the stock room area is organised to an exceptional standard. You will redistribute stock as appropriate, advise staff of changes to stockroom layout, assist in visual merchandising changes and stocktaking, and ensure stockroom aisles are free from boxes, stock and rubbish on the floor.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Stockroom Supervisor is preferable but not essential
  • A good understanding of POS/ D365 is preferable but not essential
