Delivery and Returns
We deliver to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The couriers will deliver on a working day (defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 7am and 10pm.
Our next day delivery service will not operate between 2pm on Thursday 14th December 2017 and Monday 15th January 2018.
Our last Saturday delivery before Christmas will be on 16th December 2017. Orders using this service must be placed before 2pm on Friday 15th December 2017. Our Saturday delivery service will be available again from 20th January 2018.
Standard Delivery - £5
We expect your package to arrive within 3 working days. (See further information and exceptions below).
Next Day Delivery - £8
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will arrive next working day. Please allow a further day if the order is placed after 2pm.
Saturday Delivery - £8
Saturday orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance.
Please note that to receive a delivery on a Saturday the order must be placed by 2pm on the Friday before.
Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on Saturday will NOT be delivered until the following Saturday.
Deliver to Shop
To have your order delivered to your local Russell & Bromley shop, click the Deliver to Shop option on the Order Confirmation page and select your preferred shop from the drop down list or enter a postcode for your nearest shop.
You will receive a text or email confirming that your order has arrived. If you have not received a text or email within 3 working days, please contact the receiving branch.
When collecting the order please bring your Order Confirmation email or Dispatch Confirmation email along with ID (such as a driving license, passport or the payment card used).
If someone is collecting your order on your behalf that person must have a copy of the Order Confirmation email and their own proof of ID. The branch will only release the order if they are satisfied that the person collecting the order is authorised to do so.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box and freight forwarding addresses.
You can track your order by going to My Account and use the Track My Order function.
If you wish items to be sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
The couriers we use will ask for a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver a card will be left telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing for it. If it appears damaged or has been tampered with, please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and, if there are items missing, reject the package.
