Ecommerce Optimisation Executive

Location: Bromley, Kent (Hybrid)

Full Time and Permanent

Sitting within the Conversion Rate Optimisation team, the main focus of the role would be analysing the online customer journey to understand user behaviour and identify opportunities for A/B testing. The role will also assist the Trading team to analyse content and product performance to help improve the customer experience and increase conversion.

About the Role

  • Monitor and analyse user behaviour through tools like GA4 & Contentsquare, heatmaps, and session recording to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, including landing pages, forms, calls to action, and checkout processes.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user preferences, pain points, and expectations.
  • Combine data from different sources to find richer insight and answer business questions.

About You

  • Familiar with a range of web analytics and tools (GA4 & Contentsquare preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to analyse multiple data sources and draw out key trends and highlights
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Good understanding of UX

Junior Buyer (Maternity Cover - 12 Months)

We are now hiring for a Junior Buyer (Mat Cover) to support the Buyer in developing, buying, line building and maintaining stock as efficiently as possible. You will also be maximising sales potential whilst minimising markdowns – ensuring the right product is in the right place, at the right time.

About the Role

  • Maximise commercial opportunities and minimise areas of risk by regularly reviewing performance/trends
  • Work closely with the Junior Merchandiser during the planning process and in season to ensure optimum mix of categories
  • Support Buyer to work closely with Content, E-Commerce, PR, and your Suppliers on a daily basis
  • Support and drive buying of product through a reliable and flexible supplier base ensuring price, quality and fashionability meet requirements and reinforce the brand
  • Negotiate effectively with suppliers to maximise value offering and flexibility to trade
  • Manage the day to day department requirements communicating effectively
  • Use knowledge of current social and economic trends to make recommendations on business decisions to senior management
  • Support Buyer to drive profit for the business considering all implications of markdown, currency, COO and product mixes
  • Supports Buyer in decision making and to develop staff, encouraging them to learn, maximise their potential and achieve high levels of performance
  • Work in conjunction with Merchandising team and Head of Department to develop department buying strategy whilst also influencing brand strategy
  • Building excellent relationships with your suppliers whilst in office, and whilst during factory visits / attending trade fairs
  • Working with your Buyer to trade within the season to potentialise sales and profits

About You

  • Currently operating at Junior Buyer or Senior Assistant Buyer level, with a devoted passion for product
  • Previous experience within footwear is a must with a thorough footwear technical knowledge, accessories knowledge also a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, exhibiting an excellent understanding of fashion trend and customer profiles
  • Motivated by a challenging brief with a can-do attitude who is a proactive problem solver
  • Confident, enthusiastic, self motivated and able to use initiative
  • Excellent communicator both externally and internally, written and verbally
  • Has great attention to detail, with great reasoning skills
  • Able to work at a fast pace whilst being incredibly reactive
  • Is able to build great professional relationships whilst being a flexible and considerate team player
  • Computer literate with intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

Facilities and Health & Safety Manager

We are now hiring for a Facilities and Health & Safety Manager to oversee, co-ordinate and administer all health & safety risk management, and all facilities functions across the company estate. Working efficiently within the Property Team, you will be managing our processes and ensuring that both areas function as effectively as possible.

About the Role

  • Overall responsibility for the facilities and maintenance budget
  • Take ownership of the overall Health and Safety strategy of the entire company
  • Coordinating, managing, and controlling all services and facilities to ensure a cost efficient and effective, high quality and personable, consistent and knowledgeable delivery in a timely manner across the estate, stores and at head office
  • Ensure all Health & Safety and Facilities items are maintained, serviced, and fully checked as frequently as necessary
  • Responsible for Health & Safety and Facilities items on store refurbishments and new store launch, advising on H&S compliance matters and setting up the facilities functions effectively before doing a hand over to the store
  • Implementing, negotiating and managing recurring contracts for maintenance items
  • First and main point of contact for security and alarm activation at Head office
  • Responsible for all health and safety requirements. Ensuring the company meets its statutory compliance at all times
  • Responsible for overall implementation and coordination of company’s health & safety policy
  • Ensure store teams are briefed on how to test, operate and record systems
  • Ensure policy implementation is acceptable to Company insurers without restriction to cover all insurance claims or potential claims from Health & Safety and/or facilities matters from the shops or head office dealt with alongside our external advisors
  • Regular attendance on training and refresher courses run by appropriate qualified providers and ‘continued professional development’ to ensure up to date understanding of best practice standards within Health & safety and Facilities management industry.
  • Responsible for sub-tenant compliance with all Health & Safety matters
  • Constantly look to reduce facilities/maintenance cost whilst improving level of service
  • Stay up to date on H&S legislation to ensure that the business is protected

About You

  • Knowledge on up to date legislation for all H&S matters including fire safety
  • First aid trained
  • Proven track record of managing a nationwide retail estate
  • IOSH qualified
  • NEBOSH qualification preferred
  • Highly organised and analytical individual
  • Able to work well independently but also as part of a team, strong communicator
