Rewarding your loyalty
The Russell & Bromley Loyalty Card is the essential addition to your purse or wallet. From the moment you enrol in the Loyalty scheme you will be earning valuable points on every purchase you make from one of our stores and we convert those points to rewards!
How it works
Present your card in any UK store when you are ready to pay and we will add the points. If you are shopping online you can submit your Loyalty card details so that your online purchases attract point too (see below). The more you spend the more points you will collect. At the beginning of April and October issue rewards based on the amount of points earned over the previous six months. This may be redeemed in any of our UK stores over the following six months.

As a member of our reward scheme you will receive a selection of benefits including advance notification of sale dates, information about new season launches, special offers and promotions.
Joining the scheme
Simply, go to your nearest UK branch of Russell & Bromley to enrol in the scheme when you make your next purchase.
To submit your Loyalty card details to your online account so that you can earn points on online purchases, sign in or register here. You will find the Loyalty section at the bottom of your account information page.
Please note: When purchasing online, your points status is updated approximately 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
