Business Analyst

About the Role
Business analysts play a critical role in helping the company to achieve our goals and objectives, by identifying and documenting business needs, requirements, and solutions. The Business Analyst is a fundamental part of any business project, as they ensures that the project is aligned with the business's goals and objectives.
- Our Business Analysts will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the company to understand how our practices and processes contribute to the delivery of our current business model
- Facilitate workshops to gather information, test ideas and validate assumptions
- Uncover and communicate potential risks that need to be assessed and mitigated
- Identify potential improvements, efficiencies or opportunities and help stakeholders to make a case for pursuing them
- Pro-actively seek to understand the impact of changes across end-to-end processes, taking into account any additional perspectives that could impact a solution or new way of working
- Provide standardised documentation as a method of communicating as-is and to-be environments, describing stakeholder goals and achieving consensus on a 'definition of done'
- Manage stakeholder expectations of what can be delivered within a specified budget and timeframe
- Undertake regular self reflection and development to keep up with new techniques and tools
- Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy
- Support the design of new business processes, conducting a thorough analysis of opportunities and alternatives before proposing solutions which optimise business performance and deliver business benefits and efficiencies
- Able to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes
- Support staff and teams in making recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
- Encourage Project Sponsors to specify and measure the benefits of change delivered by our projects
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Technology Directorate's approach to delivering services
About You
- At least 1+ year in a Business Analysis, project or technical role
- End-to-end experience of a project lifecycle
- Demonstration of strong communication skills
- Critical thinking
- Familiarity with Business Analysis techniques
- Awareness of Change Management techniques

Buyer Administration Assistant

We are now hiring for a Buying Administration Assistant (BAA) to provide all round administrative support for the Men's buying team with efficient processes, while demonstrating an aptitude for buying and a passion for product.
About the Role
- Manage all aspects of the buying critical path, delivering exceptional administrative support to the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Ensuring key dates are met and product runs on time, whilst continually prioritising your workload to be in line with the demands of the department and the wider business.
- Support Buying Team to build a commercial range with the ability to critique and present new ideas.
- Carry out regular competitor shopping from luxury to high street and on-line retailers.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of R&B’s customer, commercial awareness and the latest trends.
- Showing initiative on trade and putting forward recommendations to the Buyer.
- Dealing with issues arising with orders both internally and externally.
- Inputting orders accurately onto critical path, and monitoring deliveries.
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders, ensuring amendments are made where necessary.
- Ensuring all orders are sent to Suppliers clearly and efficiently.
- Management and maintenance of all buying samples between departments and to external companies.
- Collating product and relevant information to support the Buying Team.
- Photographing, labelling, storing and dating all samples that are delivered to Buying Department.
- Support the Buying Team by preparing for fit sessions, organising and following up comments to ensure all products are of acceptable quality and fit for our markets.
- Processing samples received (fits, development, shoots/meetings).
- Participating in fit meetings, writing up fit reports, communicating with suppliers and updating critical path.
- Preparing all samples for fit sessions and chasing samples to meet company deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, fully understanding their expertise & roles in buying cycles
About You
- At least one year of experience working with the footwear buying sector
- Good use of Microsoft Office – in particular Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communications skills
- Up to date knowledge of market trends

Senior Online Merchandiser
Location: Bromley, Kent (Hybrid)

We are now hiring for a Senior Online Merchandiser to maintain the online product catalogue, optimise site merchandising to drive conversion, and ensure customers can view the products they most want to shop.
About the Role
- Ensure online inventory is maintained, product prices are updated and new lines published at the earliest opportunity.
- Analyse data to ensure product listing pages are optimised in the best way possible.
- Provide wider team with weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis using Google Analytics, Contentsquare and Power BI.
- Conduct daily site walks.
- Analyse online returns, understanding reason for returns.
- Ensure suitable product recommendations are assigned to listed products.
- Ensure results pages are created for site navigation, landing pages and site search.
- Document changes to merchandising strategy and testing.
- Manage any dynamic default rules.
- Provide products recommendations to marketing for email campaigns.
- Maintain on-site products, setting up and publishing of any new lines.
- Updating weekly and daily reports along with other ad hoc reports.
- Provide competitor analysis.
- Maintaining reporting of online returns, identifying style that have high returns-rates.
- Oversee the workload of Junior Merchandisers, check quality of their work and provide guidance.
- Manage and improve product lifecycle process, manage online merchandising of key categories.
About You
- Proven experience in an Online Merchandising, Ecommerce or Online Trading role.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, ContentSquare, some CMS experience.
- Able to analyse large amounts of data and pull findings into presentable format.
- Maths A-Level preferred
