Smart Works is a charity that supports women from all backgrounds to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. 69% of those helped by Smart Works go on to secure a job within a month of their visit, with the charity supporting over 6,500 women each year. To date, Smart Works has worked with 32,000 women on their journey into employment.
